About Corrugated Box:
Corrugated box packaging has various advantages when compared with
other types of packaging especially plastic packaging. As
corrugated box packaging is easy to recycle on the contrary plastic
packaging isnt friendly with environment and not easily recyclable.
Corrugated boxes vastly reduce the impact on environment and simple
to handle. These types of boxes are suited to use for pallet,
container and can be accommodated on go-down space.
The corrugated boxes are made after thinking about the purpose of
the use. These boxes are made out of corrugated paper boxes and the
shape, size, color and strength of the done product are few of the
important factors that are viewed as while manufacturing these
boxes. The Corrugated paperboards are either single or double
layered depending after the durability of the box. When the package
needs to be strong, then two layers of liners and flutes are
used.
Generally, there are four different kinds of corrugated boards -
single experienced boards, single walled planks, double walled
boards and triple walled corrugated planks. These boards are made
on a number of machines known as corrugating line and then these
are generally given the proper shapes and changed into the
corrugated bins as per the required condition and size.
Transforming machines are being used to give proper condition and
size to the boxes. Several of the most frequent converting machines
that are being used in this technique are Die-cut machines and
Flexo-folder gluers.
