CPC***4N is A miniature single-pole normally open (1 -) Form - A solid state relay, with 4 pins SOP encapsulation, the optical coupling MOSFET technology with ***0 VRMS /output isolation. Super efficient MOSFET switches and photovoltaic cells use IXYS integrated circuit patent OptoMOS architecture. Optical coupling output is controlled by effective GaAlAs infrared LED.
