We OOO "PETROS"  a Limited Liability  trading company incorporated  in Russia and a certified mandate company representing End seller refineries  in Russian Federation and some CIS countries.  We are writing you directly because of your energy sector relativeness and we want you collaboration in securing serious direct Buyers mandates and DIRECT buyers alike who may be interested to deal with us or directly with our oil producers (Refineries) in regards to several product allotments ranging from Diesel Oil (D2), Jet Fuel, Heavy Fuel Oil (Mazut), Virgin Diesel (D6) etc.

We are unequivocally a direct source of few of the Major Refineries and Petro Chemical companies of Russian Federation and CIS. Our buyers will have the opportunity to deal one on one with the providers from the first day, and we do not stand between the two major principals which are the Buyers and the Sellers.

Our Providers are proven and real in the energy sector, no Internet DEALS or NEGOTIATIONS, if you have the desire and the necessity to meet with our Providers, we can sincerely tell you that it will be a privilege to welcome you for a round table meeting and signing of all hard copy contract and eventually execution of the deal one on one with our providers.

Our top objective is a successful transaction and transparency in all procedures and our utmost goal is everyone getting paid accordingly. We want to emphasis also that We OOO "PETROS"   are completely on the Sellers side of the commission which is CLOSED, we may negotiate giving out a small percentage of it, depending on the case.

We also can offer Storage Lease in Rotterdam, Antwerp, Houston, Austin and some Terminals in England.
