Shape:Square tubes, rectangular tubes, round tubes, square tubes with radius, symmetrical profiles, asymmetrical profiles, U profiles, T profiles, Z profiles, Flat bars, Square Bars, Round Bars or customized.

Size:General profiles thickness from 0.8 to 5.0mm, for domestic market, the normal length is 6m*0/**0mm, for foreign market, the normal length is 5.8m*0/**0mm.

Surface treatment: Mechanical polishing, sand blasting, brushing, eloxal coating, powder coating, PVDF coating, wire drawing, etc.                         

Surface Thickness:1. Anodizing protection film thickness from 7μm to *0μm.

                                  2. Powder coating film thickness from *0μm to **0μm.

                                  3. Electrophoresis film thickness from *2μm to *5μm.

Surface Color:silver, black, golden, etc. based on RAL color chart

Production standard:For material exported to foreign country,chemical composition is according to EN ****3, mechanical properties are according to EN ****2 or EN ****0.

Delivery type:By express, by truck, by train or by sea.

Dayang offer aluminum profiles in several types of surface finishing including mechanical polishing, anodizing, powder coating, electrophoresis and so on. 

We have equipments as follow, more than ***0 molds, 6 sets of extrusion machines, 2 sets of sand-blasting machines, 1 line of anodizing, 8 sets of ends-cutting machines which can adjust any angle, 1 set of CNC 6 meters PRATIC further machining machine, 1 set of aluminium welding machine, *2 sets of punching machines, 1 set of tapping machine and 1 set of bending and twisting machine. We can do the tests on products like tensile test, yield test, elongation test, hardness test and hardness test. And we can make 3.1 certificate based on customer's requirements.

Step 1: Send us your detailed drawings or samples, send us the authorization letter of using your brand name and your requirements.

Step 2: Our technical engineer will make design based on your drawings or samples, the designer will design the packing version solution under your request and offer you price.

Step 3: Confirmation on the moulds fee and package charge.

Step 4: We produce the products and provide the OEM service for your products.



ODM Service

Step 1: Send your detailed drawings or samples to us.

Step 2: Our technical engineer will make design based on your drawings or samples.

Step 3: Detailed quotation for both mould and products.

Step 4: Send samples for confirmation.

Step 5: After confirmation on samples, we can start batch production.



FAQ

Q1: Can I have a sample for testing?

A: Yes of course. For standard profiles we would like to provide our samples, but normally *0cm length sample. And for customized profiles, we will provide samples once the moulding is finished(generally *5 days). If you have specified length for profiles, please let us know at the beginning.



Q2: Can I add my logo on the profiles or packing?

A: Yes, OEM and ODM are both available for us. But you should send us the Trademark authorization letter. 



Q3: How can I do if I couldn't reach the MOQ?

A: Best price based on big quantity. For commonly produced standard profiles we usually require MOQ is **0kg, you will have to pay production fee for MOQ is lower than **0kg. As to the customized profiles, we require MOQ is **0kg. In addition, for not commonly produced standard profiles, we will request you MOQ **0kg as well.



Q4: Do you have inspection procedures for profiles?

A: Yes. **0% self-inspection before shipment.



Q5: Can we mix the *0ft container?

A: Yes, as long as the items meet our MOQ. 



Q6: Can I visit your factory before the order?

A: Sure, welcome to visit our factory at any time. Our factory is near Shanghai Pudong Airport and Hongqiao Airport. We can pick you up in the airport. Hotel booking service is also available.
