What is the paper bag size?
We do customized products, any size we can make according to your requirement. As you may know, different size have different price, please kindly let us know. If you no idea of bags size, we can also suggest size to you according to your products. 

Can you do design for me? 
According to your requirement, we can add your company logo, website, phone number or your ideas...on paper bag. Paper bags background color is decided by you, any color is available. Our profession designer can make design to you for free. 

How can I get a sample to check your quality?
Free for a blank sample or similar samples in our stock to check the design and paper quality, as long as you afford the express freight.
For printed samples, we will charge $30-$100 to cover on film and printing.

When can I get the quotation? 
We usually quote you within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the quotation, please call us or tell us in your mail, so that we could regard your inquiry priority. 

What about the lead time for mass production? 
Usually, we need 7-15days to produce. It is depend on your quantity. 

How long can I expect to get the sample?
After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-7days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5days. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.
