The monitor in turn records the feedback. Using live time data, the data that can be downloaded by allocated personnel at anytime.

This information can in turn be viewed on computer and easily analysed.

The concept was conceived through personal experience, totally feed up with the continuous bad service i was receiving from the bar at our local gym – I thought wouldn’t it be great if I could relay to the management just how poor the service I was receiving
