The eminent force behind the company is Mr. R.Mohan , innovator and pioneer of the household insecticide market in India .

Popularly known as " Goodknight Mohan " , he introduced ' GOODKNIGHT ' , a pyrethroid based mosquito repellent product brand , in ***4 . He was also the first to introduce aerosol based insect killer spray in India , under the brand name ' HIT ' in ***8.

Mr. Mohan was conferred a honour of the highest degree when he received a recognition award from the President of India , for his contribution to the Indian Industry.

In ***4 , he sold his consumer product brands , and initiated research for manufacture of the Active Ingredients ( a.i. ) used in mosquito repellent products.

The new company , Shogun Organics Ltd. , was succesful in developing the indigenous technology for manufacture. Since ***2, Shogun Organics has been successfully manufacturing and marketing D-trans Allethrin ( Esbiothrin ). Over the years, Shogun added more products to their range .
