Description

This metal cutting fluids defoamer is made of specially modified polyether and fluorine-containing raw material by the special technique.

Its easily to dissolve in water, with the excellent heat resistance, strong acid, and strong alkali resistance, it can keep high efficient foam control ability while under the conditions of high temperature, strong acid, strong alkali, high shear and high pressure, and its no demulsification, no oil floating.

It can be widely used in various kinds of severe foaming systems in a wide temperature range.

Instructions 

Usage: Directly add this product to the foaming surface to remove foam, it also can be used with other powdered additives after mixing well.

Recommended dosage: 0.1~1%, the optimal dosage should be confirmed after the actual testing.

 

Packaging and storage

1. Packing: *0KG, **0KG, ***0KG /Plastic drum, or as customer required.

2. Storage: Non-dangerous goods, non-toxic, non-flammable. Should be stored sealed, in a cool, ventilated and dry place. Before used up, the container should be sealed tightly at around *5℃.

3. The shelf life is about *2 months.

4. Transportation: This product should be sealed well during transportation, preventing from moisture, water, strong acid & strong alkali.
