The screw-thread steel bars for the prestressing of concrete are hot rolling, high tensile, alloy straight iron bar, which features coarse, not continuous external threads (right-hand threads/male threads) on the whole.

Any cross section of this kind of bar can be connected with the matching shape jointer/connector or screwed with anchors/nuts with internal threads (left-hand threads/female threads) for fixing.
