Our Air Dried Celery product is made from clean and freshly harvested celery, which is carefully washed, trimmed, cut and air dried. During the sorting procedure, product has been passed through ****0 gauss high power magnets, twice hand sorting to eliminate dark pieces and foreign materials, and finally through high sensitivity metal detector before packing. The product is prepared strictly according GMP, without any additives or preservatives; the final Air Dried Celery Stalk has a green/yellowish color, with the natural celery flavor.
