After a long time increasing from Nov.***5 till May ***6 , The market price of dehydrated garlic products likes a road of Mountain !!! 
For example ,the price for garlic granules were USD***0/MT FOB Qingdao port ( A grade ,Europe quality ) before Nov.***5. and now the market price is more than USD***0/MT FOB Qingdao port for same quality .nearlly increased *0% 


And now the market keep silence ,and not increasing now .
new crop of fresh garlic harvest already , crop seems good .


but 

A lot of investors collect big amount of money into the garlic market for new crop now .and last year the fresh garlic price is RMB2/KG 
 
and this year the price is RMB6/KG . 
So at this price if factory produce garlic fakes using the new crop fresh garlic , the cost for garlic flakes should be more than USD***0/MT and the final price for garlic granules should be above USD***0/MT 
 
But if the investors get the money out from the garlic market in big amount which can lead to the market price down sharply !!!
 
But if they still in the garlic market , the price is hard to down .
