Density relay is an important part to ensure the safe operation of SF6 electrical equipment. Its temperature characteristics and the reliability of contact may change during operation. Therefore,DL/T***- electric equipment preventive test procedure" requests periodic calibration for density relay. After a thoroughresearch of currently used calibrator in the industry, ourR&D personnel developed JHMD*3 typecalibratorfor SF6 density relay, which is in conformity withthe industry standard requirements. The instrument is an intelligent andenvironmental-friendly calibrator. With built-in compressor and electronic pressure adjustment, the pressure and contact resistance of density relay can be detected automatically andmanually. Air, external gas source and internal gas of electrical equipment can be used for the equipment for testing. The calibratoris configured witha variety of conversion joints and connecting lines, which enables the calibrator to testvarious SF6density relays or pressure gauges. Aesthetically designed control panel,built-in printer and communication interfaceenable printing and data transmission.
