We specialize in commercial, residential, health care, education projects and planning. Our Primary objective is to serve Client with total satisfaction by accuracy, efficiency and quality service. We seek to understand and appreciate what our client has in mind before we embark on discussing on what and how we can provide the best solutions. We have successfully completed a wide range of building types with talented architects to initiate design concepts, consolidate them into schematic designs, develop them thoroughly for implementation, manage building contracts efficiently and meet a client's highest expectation at hand over. We deliver all projects on time, within budget and where applicable with the local standards and codes. We keep overheads at minimum such that the client can benefit from quality service at a competitive price. Quality Assurance KiSA is a service-oriented company. From project inception through completion, the Principal-in-Charge and Project Manager leads each project, assuring accountability and continuity in communication, management, and design. We work together with our clients to set realistic goals and plan efficient, flexible work programs to meet project needs.
