Procedure to follow sample:
1. Buyer issue LOI/ICPO to seller with targeting price, seller issued Draft Contract to buyer. Buyer initially signed and returns it to seller.
2. Seller confirms signed draft contract and Buyers bank, within Ten (*0) working days shall issue Proof of Funds (POF) or Promissory Note through MT**9 swift to sellers bank according to sellers approved verbiage. If buyer failure to issue the Proof of Funds (POF) or Promissory Note through MT**9 swift, Seller shall automatically cancel the contract.
3. Seller register the contract with the Russian Ministry makes the final signature and approved contract and send along with bellow set of verifiable Partial POP material copies (with previous trading record) to buyer address:- all the documents will send through (GCS) government courier service the expenses will be borne by seller.
A.     Bill of Lading
B.     SGS Report
C.      Certificate of Origin Allocation Title Holder Certificate
D.     Incorporation & Registration Certificates
E.      Statement of Availability of the Product
F.      Refinery Commitment to produce the Product.
4. Buyers bank within Seven (7) working days shall swift DLC/MT**0, Blocked Fund MT**9 or SBLC/MT**0 to sellers nominated bank, sellers bank within *2hours responds with 2% PB to buyers bank.
5. Seller chartered deliveries and shipment commences. Seller submits documents below to buyers bank:
A.     Port Storage Agreement
B.     Vessel Q*8 + NOR / ETA
C.      SGS Report (Done at loading port)
D.     License to Export, Issued by the Ministry of Energy
E.      Approval to Export, Issued by Ministry of Justice
F.      CPA, to Transport the Product to Discharge Port
G.     Allocation Transaction Passport Code Certificate [ATPCC]
6. Upon successful confirmation of quality and quantity at destination port, buyer makes payment by MT**3 or TT-wire within three (3) working days.
7. Seller, within Thirty Six (*6) hours since received payment, pays commissions to all intermediaries involved in the transaction.
