PRODUCT IN THE TANK PROCEDURE:

1. Buyer issues official ICPO with full banking and company registration certificate. 2. Seller issues CI with (INDICATING TANK NUMBER).

3. Buyer returns to seller signed CI with letter of acceptance.

4. Seller issue the below PPOP to buyer
Tank storage receipt (TSR)
Product Quality passport
Authorization to sell and collect (ATS/C)
Tank LIST Report
Statement of product availability
Commitment to Supply
Guarantee letter Notarized by the Ministry of Energy Official Tanker Endorsement
Tank Ullage Report

5. Within *8 hours seller makes extension of TSR for 3 days needed for Buyer dip test and lifting of the product, and Buyer Pays ($*8,**0.*0) for Change of product Allocation Fee, thereafter all parties involve sign the NCNDA/IMFPA for seller bank endorsement.

6. Seller issue Title Allocation Affidavit, DTA/ATV (with full Allocation/Title No), Buyer conducts Q & Q on the product.

7. Seller loads the product into buyer's vessel or injects into buyers tank and issues all exportation Documents to buyer including these bellow document, Injection report,
Certificate of Origin,
Export license
Business Registration,
Attestation of allocation certificate, Commitment to produce
Tank Injection Analysis

8. Immediately buyer pays for the product via MT**3/TT and Both parties sign one year contract. 9. Seller pays all intermediary involved
