1. The reverse flow will damage flow sensor, please pay attention to the direction of flow in the installation. The best way is to install a check valve in the end of flow meter
2. Instant tremendous pressure change or back pressure will damage the sensor, such as water hammer. Please try to install in system with pressure tank. If not, please install a check valve in behind this flow meter.
