Technical Parameters:

Product technology:

1.LED street light is energy saving and eco-friendly;

2. Light pole material: conventional Q**5 steel material.

Cone rod production: The cone rod is made by rolling steel plate with winding lever and generally divided into taper *0:***0, *1:***0, *2:***0, *3:***0, *4:***0. The minimum upper caliber of the street light isφ*0mm. The formula for calculating taper is upper caliber + (height×taper)=lower caliber; lower caliber-(height×taper) = upper caliber; (lower caliber-upper caliber)÷height=taper; (lower caliber-upper caliber)÷taper=height.

Thickness of the material: the steel thickness for conventional street light pole is listed below: 3mm thick for 4 to 7 m of length; 3.***3.5mm for **9 m of length; 3.***4mm for ****1m of length; **5mm for ****3m of length. Such thickness may be 0.5 mm below the above standard. However, it is still recommended to use the conventional thickness in case of allowable customer price. Thickening steel thickness should be adopted in some heavy wind areas (take coastal region for example) to ensure safety.

Light arm: The upper caliber is generally small for pole length of 6 to 7 meters. φ*8mm tube is for conventional use; it is more coordinated to matchφ*0mm tube with more than *6 of upper caliber. As for the ratio of crossing length to light pole length of light arm, this is dependent on the ordinary experience: *******0mm (crossing length) for **7 m (light pole length); ********0mm (crossing length) for ***0 m (light pole length); ********0mm (crossing length) for ****2 m (light pole length). Customer design should not be changed. The light arm thickness is usually 2.3½3mm.
