Working Principle

Fill materials to baking plates, bottles or trays, then send them into the cabinet and start PLC programmable control system. The circulation fan is working, heating, butterfly valve at the same time will open, and drying oven will be heated up fast. With the circulation fan, hot air goes through the high temperature resistant high-efficiency filter into the box, forming a uniform air transfer to the cabinet by micro-porous adjusting plates. Dry air will absorb surface water of bottles (materials and articles), going evaporate through the heating channel and rotating under the action of directional circulating fan, and at last emit water vapor.

With the gradual reducing water vapor and the occasional fresh filtered air supply at the same time, the cabinet is under a positive pressure condition. At this moment, constant temperature is over, plus the process controlling. Open air supply or (water) forced cooling, the automatic butterfly valve is going into a closure, SL system will notify a door-open to tip out bottles.
