Air disc brake is widely used in high accuracy tension control and provides the torque control from ******0 Nm. With min air pressure 0.*2Mpa and max air pressure 0.6Mpa. It is widely application in processing industries, such as packing, tissue paper and corrugated paper.

DBK fan cooled brake/ Air disc brake:
The primary function of brakes is the conversion of mechanical energy into heat which is then dissipated into the atmosphere.
The amounts of heat which can be dissipated by air cooled disc brakes are dependent on a high rotational speed, large disc diameter, and large radiant surface. With the addition of an electric fan fitted to the centre of the housing, the best possible thermal power dissipation as achieved without high dependency on speed, and avoiding the need to increase the disc diameter in continuous slipping applications suitable for high heat dissipation.

For air shaft and roller, please show us your drawing, or let us know your request, and then we will provide you drawing for confirmation.
 
3.    Whats your MOQ basis?
Normally, we dont have MOQ request, except the rollers.
 
4.    What about the lead time for production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the type of our products. For powder clutch, powder brake, tension controller, load cell and edge position controller which is about **5 days. For safety chucks, air shaft and roller which need about ****0days.
 
5.    What is the term of delivery?
We can arrange with EXW, FOB, CIF…etc. You can choose the most convenient one or cost-effective way.
