Double-shaft mixer

Horizontal paddle mixer is our new generation hybrid devices. suitable for feed, 

concentrated feed, premix additives mixed. 

As the main equipment in production coal, it can be used on mixing, stirring and kneading various materials, adhesive, water uniform, increase the plasticity for coal.

 

Working principle:

 Itworks by adopt structures of two shafts separately rotating in opposite directions to stirring the materials. Each shaft have many plate hammers, when shaft rotary will drive all plate hammers mixed materials.(It is available to addplate hammersaccording to different requirement, We also can according your request to make four shafts mixer.

 

Advantage;

1.The machine can promise all materials fully and quick mixed. Can be mixed liquid of *0% of the viscous material.

2.To improve the mixing uniformity; using new rotor structure, the rotor and housing close to the minimum gap can be adjusted to zero,

3.Effectively reducing the material residues; machine built with oil added channels, the
