Heavy duty rack
It is the ideal storage solution for warehousing operations seeking to achieve high density storage. Its capacity of load carrying is 4 T per floor and its height is approximately *5 Meters. The shelves can also easily be adjusted to suit customer needs as the stock item changes, the height of each layer can be adjusted freely every *5mm pitch.
It is made up by the two upright pages, beams, steel shelves or steel mesh & stiffening rips or nothing and some accessories. There are two steel uprights, two horizontal bracings and some diagonal bracing of one upright page, and they are connected with each other by bolts, one bolt one joint. There are two beams each floor welded with two connectors on two ends, so beams and uprights can be connected with each other by themselves, but for security, we add the safety peg at each joint. There are three main sorts racking systems, one sort is with steel shelves, one sort is with steel mesh & stiffening rips while the last one sort is with nothing, put the pallets or storage bin on the beams directly.Please see the attached Installation Diagram.
