● Unmanned Operation：

The D*1K fully automatic CNC ring rolling machine is equipped with loading and unloading robotic arms and robots to achieve unmanned operation of the ring rolling machine. It is driven by a servo motor through a reducer to achieve rolling.


● Accurate control：
The D*1K fully automatic CNC ring rolling machine can reduce the impact of temperature changes, facilitate accurate control of feed motion, and increase stability.


● PLC monitoring system：
The D*1K fully automatic CNC ring rolling machine is mainly composed of PLC, touch screen, servo proportional valve amplifier, counting module, digital to analog conversion module, etc. The PLC serves as the calculation processing core of the entire control system and is responsible for monitoring the entire processing process according to the process parameters set on the touch screen.

6.Lower support part is fixed in square frame by wedge iron, adjusting and maintenance is easy and convenient;High quality seal rings are adopted for lower support bearing to assure the normal working in bad working condition.
7.Standard gear box and Y type motor are adopted set on seat bottom with compact structure and easy installation and maintenance; Compressed air is released through muffler to eliminate noise pollution.
8.The rolling wheel is fixed by expanding rings, axial direction location precision is high to be simplified  the machining.
