Performance and application:

Upsetting unit is mainly used to upset drill pipe or pipeline.end.Upsetting is to ensure the steel pipe's strength on the crosssection of end thread. There are three upsetting ways: external upsetting, internal upsetting and EIU. The upsetting unit include upsetting machine, auxiliary machinery and heating system. Each upsetting machine has independent hydraulic control system and electric operation , and the hydraulic control system adopt two-way cartridge inserted valve integrated system, which has good performance, compact structure and good appearance. The unit has a central operation platform to control all of the unit .The unit has three operation mode: adjusting, manual operation and automatic operation.The auxiliary machine can also be used as the devices conveying such as long pipe or long axle. The whole process is controlled by the computer.
