BUTTON BIT
Thread drill bits are made by high quality alloy steel bar and tungsten carbide inserts. Through heat treatment, our drilling tools are tough enough to meet rock drilling demands and have the least loss of energy while drilling the rocks. They serve in railway, subway, highway, tunnel, mining, metallurgical engineering, water conservancy... worldwide.

Drop center / Standard skirt
Perfect in abrasive formations where there is accelerated wear or in medium to hard rock when ballistic s have tendency to break.
Drop center / Retrac skirt
To be used in medium-hard and fissured rock formations, better hole deviation control.

Flat front / Standard skirt
Ideal for medium hard rock when the rock formation causes heavy gauge wear on the bit, can also be used in very hard and abrasive rock formations.
Flat front / Retrac skirt
To be used in the same applications as flat front / sphericals / stanarf skirt when you create holes.

Carbide Button Shape Selection
	Domed/round : domed/round s are usually used as gauge s of DTH bits. Suitable for very abrasive and very hard formations.
	Parabolic/semi-ballistic: s parabolic s are usually used as gauge s and front s of DTH bits, suitable for medium abrasive and hard formations
	Ballistic : ballistic are usually used as front s of DTH bits, suitable for medium abrasive and medium hard formations. they can also be used as gauge s if the rock is soft .
	Sharp : sharp s are usually used as front s of DTH bits for softformations where fast penetration rates are possible

Face Shape Selection
	Concave Face The all-round application bit face specifically for medium hard and homo generous rock formations good hole deviation control and good flushing capacity.
	Convex Face This shape is suitable drill F8-13level(soft-medium-hard)rock drill steel body is not easy to wear .characterized by lower tooth bearing and wear is not serious,fast drilling speed ,but hole deviation.
	Double Gauge Face This kind face shape is suitable for fast penetration rates in medium to hard rock formations .Designed for high air pressure and good resistance to steel wash step gauge bit .
	Flat Face This kind of face shape is suitable for hard to very hard and abrasive rock formations in applications with high air pressure .Good penetration rates an resistance to steel wash.
	DROP CENTER For high penetration rates in soft to medium hard and fissured rock formations low to medium air pressures. Maximum hole deviation control.
