Product description

The device can be placed on the vehicle, used in road maintenance operations, mainly apply for asphalt concrete heating, insulation and transport, can satisfied asphalt concrete supply needs during pavement maintenance. Automatic constant temperature control can heated the material to the set temperature, into the insulation state. Ergonomics dual side mid-split feeding port, a reasonable point to make feeding easier.

Product advantages
1. Thermal insulation material box
a. box-type structure, four hoppers, capacity: 1.6m³ (0.4m³ × 4), indirect heating through heat transfer oil.
b. Mid-split discharge port on top of the hopper, can loading material directly from the mixing station. Hand control hopper door.
c. Manually discharge, 4 side door discharge port, unloaded the material into the patch location accurately.
2. Heating system
Adopt Italian diesel burner.
3. Control system
Centralized control. Display the set temperature and actual heating temperature of the thermal insulation material box.

4. Hydraulic system
Hydraulic opening the loading door, side door pulling discharge.
5. Loading means
Vehicle-mounted type
