ECOPATCH®CR is a single component proprietary blend of powders based on geopolymer technology that is water activated and used for repair / rehabilitation / re-surfacing of horizontal concrete surfaces. It has been specifically formulated to produce superior bond strength coupled with quick setting and high early strength gain that allows the repaired surfaces to be used or opened to traffic within a short period of time.

The non-shrink nature of material along with much closer co-efficient of thermal expansion with the host concrete helps in extending the durability of the repair mortar.

SURFACE PREPARATION

Surface must be stable, dry, sound, clean and free from loose particles or contamination to ensure proper bonding.Clean the surface with wire brush followed by compressed air. Edges shall be prepared professionally using concrete cutting tools. Repair deep areas, holes and non-moving cracks with ECOPATCH®/ECOFILL®prior to application of ECOPATCH®-CR.
