EDX-Pocket Series is Handheld X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometer Series specifically developed by Skyray for on-site analysis. They are characterized as small, light and operable by holding in hands. They range from RoHS analyzers, Alloy analyzers to Mineral Analyzers, among which the last have been widely used in elemental analysis of minerals, slag refinement and archeology. Samples to be tested include ores, slag, rocks, soil and slurry in either form of solid, liquid or powder. EDX-Pocket Series are on-site analyzers in real sense. They are embedded with wisdom and painstaking effort of Skyray people after years of research and development.
