At present, the problem of jeans breaking is often seen in water washing plants. There are many reasons for this, such as the strength and structure of cloth, the whole process of leaven washing, bleaching and washing , such as the process of improper control. This brings inestimable losses to customers. In view of this phenomenon, chemical engineers of TY TexChem have worked hard for many years to develop an elastic protective agent in order to prevent jeans from elastic breaking by adding working fluid in the process of jeans washing. The effect has been well received by washing plants. The solution to this problem, especially for nylon, spandex and their blended jeans, has been effectively given to prevent from high temperature of the fiber, problem of heat treatment caused by the drop in strength, and washing process of resistance to damage.
