The nain raw material requirements:
1.scrap:in accordance with the revelant standard of GB/T4233-1996
2.All the refractory material include alumina brick,magnesia carbon brick,light-weight insulating brick and etc.All the physicochemical quality must confirm to governent standard.

the notes to the machinery parts:
1.furnace assembling :the whole furnace body can leave the furnace tilting platform alone to achieve quick exchange for the furnace body.
2.EBT tapping:
the tapping duration is 90seconds which is 75% less than spout tapping.The tapping temp. is reduced by 30℃.And the power consumption has reduced by 6-8%.Meanwhile,the molten steel has less intaken the gas.
