Description of chemical air heater:

Nitrogen tubular heater is heating system with electric heaters. It is a new type of heating element in gas heating system. 

The apparatus main include the heater, the heating element and control system.Heating element is made of stainless steel 

heating tube, 0Cr*7Al7MO2 temperature resistance alloy wire, crystalline magnesium oxide powder and the compression 

molding process, so that the   service   time   of   electric   heating   elements   can   be   guaranteed.   Control   part   adopts 

 

high-precision digital display temperature controller, solid state relays, etc., to ensure the normal operation of the heater.
