Application: LDA model Single girder bridge crane is one kind of light duty crane Standard , the working duty is A3! This product is Widely used to transport, assemble, check and repair as well as load and unload at workshop, warehouses, and goods yard, etc. It is prohibited to use the equipment in the combustible, explosive to corrosives environment

Product detail description: 
1. Main beam: One-time- forming on the main girder. This result in lower dead weight with a high degree of vertical and horizontal rigidity and smaller wheel load being transmitted to the crane runway. Which also can reduce distortion in conveying; make sure the accuracy; improve the machine’s strength and working efficiency. One-body shaped, No welding for main beam box!
2. End carriage:  Crane travelling system, Motor-Reducer-Wheel driven system! motor used soft start motor which result in very stable starting!
3. Lifting mechanism: Monorail electric hoist. There are two kinds could be optional, CD model with single lifting speed, MD model with double lifting speed! 
4. Electrical equipment: Electric systems are Siemens brand or Schneider brand!
5. Motor: motor brand for hoist and traveling are Nanjing special brand, the top brand in China!
6. Gear box: Tailong or Taixing brand, Top brand on heavy duty gearbox!
7. Long service life with a low-maintenance.

Safety features:
1. Overload protection: If the materials or electric current overstep the capacity, the crane will give a sharp warning for protection itself.
2. Emergency brake: If there’s emergency situation, it could stop the crane to protect operator and goods.

4. Rubber buffers.
