We are a direct reputable supplier and reliable seller for energy products of different categories, such as Diesel fuel D2, EN**0, Gasoline, Jet fuel, Petroleum Coke, Light Cycle Oil, Automotive Gas Oil, Virgin fuel D6, Bitumen, Mazut M**0 LPG, Liquefied natural gas LNG. All our product's commodities are sourced and offered directly from us, with an allocation from the Russian Ministry of Energy.

Our official working procedure
 

1. Buyer issues ICPO with buyer company letterhead.
2. 2.Seller issues Draft Contract (open for any amendment) to Buyer, Buyer signs seals and return draft contract to Refinery for final endorsement. Refinery issues partial proof of products. (PPOP) as follows

1. Statement of Availability of Product. 
2. Certificate of Origin.
3. Commercial Invoice for the first value shipment.
4. Refinery Registration Company.
5. NCNDA/IMFPA Agreement.

1. Within 7 banking days, Buyer Bank send Irrevocable Operative or None Operative SBLC via MT**0, according to seller Fiduciary bank verbiage to seller nominated fiduciary offshore bank account for the first month shipment. Should Buyer fail to issue payment Instrument within 7 banking days, buyer will make cash deposit of USD $**0,**0 by TT wire Transfer for Security Guarantee to enable seller Charter Vessel and commence shipment, and this payment will be deducted from the total cost of product after inspection at discharging port, or legal action will be taken against Buyer for default. 
2. Seller issues and send full POP Documents and 2% PB (Performance Bond) to Buyer, through bank to bank, as follows documents:

1. Export, license
2. Statement of Availability of the Product
3. Transnet Contract to Transport
4. Port Storage Agreement.
5. Charter Party Agreement.
6. Vessel Questionnaire Q*8.
7. Bill of Lading. 
8. SGS report
9. Dip Test Authorization (DTA) & ATB.
10. Analysis of Product.
11. Copy of Allocation Transaction Passport Code Certificate (ATPCC)

1. Shipment commence as per signed contract delivery schedule and the shipment should arrive at buyers discharge port within 5 *5 days. SGS will borne by the seller at the loading port, and buyer at the discharge port.
2. Buyer release payment to refinery by TT / MT**3, upon receipt of shipping documents and confirmation of Q8Q, at discharge port.
3. Seller release payments to intermediaries according NCNDA/IMFPA within *2 hours of receiving Payment for the product from the Buyer's bank
