Enhanced Triazine based H2S Scavenger

This is an MEA based Enhanced Triazine. JadeScan *5 Triazine has better corrosion control, odour removal, cost effective, efficient dosages, safer handling, environmental friendliness and capability to reduce solid build up. The USB of this product is has been enhanced with polymer based scale inhibitor to effectively remove CaCO3, CaSO4 and BaSO4. It is no acid based scale inhibitor. Even though it is enhanced with scale inhibitor it has no side effect or reduce trazine performance.
Application:-
Triazine based H2S scavenger is very efficient in removing corrosive and poisonous H2S from liquid and/or gas phases and its offensive smell of rotten egg. It can be  used  in  mixed  production,  downhole,  subsea, well  head,  bulk  storage  tanks  and  produced  water streams. The product can be added to the fluid immediately before pumping. The enhanced scale inhibitor is capable of removing **0 ppm of barium sulphate and ***0ppm of calcium sulphate at *5^oC to *0^oC temperature range. Typically 2 to 3 ppm of the product is required to remove 1 ppm of H2S in the liquid phase. For vapour phase the reaction is directly proportionate to the liquid reaction and can be found by calculating the ppm weight of H2S in the atmosphere. The dosages however varies, depending on the temperature, flow regimes, contact time equipment design, and type of stream (i.e. mixed or single stream).
