Mannanase is a β-mananase feed enzyme specifically researched and developed to degrade the mannan and increase the digestibility of NSP in poultry and livestock diets. In some feed, β-mannan is a kind of anti-nutritional factor which has negative effect on animal productivity. ENOLZYME Mannanase can hydrolyze β*1, *-D-Mannan into Manan Oligosaccharides(MOS) and Mannocarolose to greatly reduce the anti-nutritional effect and improve the digestibility of NSP within feed.
ENOLZYME Mannanase also contains other by-enzyme, such as xylanse, cellulose and glucanase.
Definition of ENOLZYME Mannanase:
One ENOLZYME Mannanase unit(U) is defined as the amount of enzyme which liberates 1μmole inorganic phosphorus per minute from 5.0 mmol/L sodium Phytate at *7.0℃ and at pH 5.5.
