SKJ**0 wood pellet machine is specially designed for the production of wood pellets. Easy operation and maintain, meanwhile, is conbenient to move. And the final pellets produced by this machine has a high density and high value heating.

Material:
The raw material can be used for the production of pellets has a wide range, it can be agricultural residues, such as cotton stalk, grass, corn stalk, wheat stalk, straw, rice husk, beans, sunflower stalk and stem; it can also be forest residues, such as branches, tree leaves, grass, vegetable waste and garden waste. Anyway, any type of biomass residues is well.

Characteristic:
1.The "taper shape" rollers can reduce friction and save much energy consumption, lengthen die and roller life.
2.We adopt pressure adjusting systems by hydraulic pump or controlling center vertical shaft as well as its assiatant adjustig equipments. In this way, it can adjust pressure between rollers and flat die to fit for different pressure ratio materials, ensuring the pellet density.
3.Body of rollers are large and groove is broad.
4.Rollers are smoothly when working, its big body and unique design increase pressing place, increasing production efficiency.
5.Machine adopts high pressure filtration and lubrication systems.
