It's brand new invention of Grafica Flextronica, a Show stopper machine with unusual look, first time in the world such a screen printing machine was built.

*Max print area: *2” x *8” (**9 mm x **1 mm)

*No Compressor required

*Single Phase

Features:

1. Adjustable screen frame holder

2. Variable printing stroke length

3. Single/Double stroke selection

4. Digital Stroke Counter

5. Parallel screen frame movement

(Convenient for spot UV varnish and

low viscosity inks to avoid ink

spillage all over the screen)

6. Peel off mechanism (To achieve fine

reproduction of halftone dots and

avoid smudging, bleeding and

smearing).

NANO-PRINT plus is an ergonomically designed low cost

high quality semi automatic screen printing machine with

an unusual look. It is user-comfy. It was unveiled on 8th

December ***0 with lot of enthusiasm and curiosity at the

Screen Print India ***0 Exhibition in Mumbai.

Based on my success of launching NANO-PRINT a year ago

and customers' feedback, Grafica's design team had closely

evaluated the market needs and NANO-PRINT plus was

the offshoot of their innovative thinking and R&D. This

easy to operate machine will drive away most of the work

hazards involved in manual screen printing operations.

Features

The ‘plus’ gives printers a little more

options to consider due to fewer

restrictions on the design platform. I

believe it has all the functions

required otherwise one should be

looking beyond an entry-level

designed printing machine.

Compatibility

As the Nano-Print is such a small

footprint it has great advantage for

many small companies where space

is a premium. Give it time in the

field; I am sure Grafica will add

desirable features to make the model

even more appealing to a wider

marketplace. I like the prospect of

the ‘plus’ design to allow for

someone to remove printed sheets

from the rear for drying (who can

also inspect-on-the-fly)—thus

potentially doubling productivity

when needed without affecting

quality.
