Evertek netless foam filled fendersare versatile, robust and suitable for almost all applications, it is one kind tough heavy-duty floating fenders system for harbor, offshore and ship-to-ship application. It uses high elastic foaming EVA as buffer medium, spiral reinforcement in the middle and Polyurea coasting outside. Evertek foam fenders are able to absorb *0% more energy than similar sized pneumatic rubber fenders, with relatively gently reaction force as compared to other marine fenders system.
  Advantages of Netless Foam Filled Fenders
Netless foam filled fenders are constructed with closed-cell, energy absorbing resilient foam laminated layers, nylon filament reinforced, tough polyurethane skin. This construction offers a number of important features and advantages.

●Reinforced elastomer skin

EVA foam filled fenders have a nylon filament reinforced polyurethane skin which has excellent resistance to water, oil, ice, strong sunlight and abrasive surfaces. It remains flexible even at **0 degree making it suitable for Tropical or Arctic operations.

● Energy absorbing

The EVA foam filled fender absorbs impact energy so colliding vessels will not damage the buoy or themselves.

● Unsinkable foam

Only closed-cell foams are used in EVA foam filled fenders. The micro-bubble matrix of the foam means it does not absorb water even if cut or damaged. This makes EVA foam filled fenders impossible to sink.

● Permanent colors

The poly urea skin is pigmented through its entire thickness, so colors will not wear off and will never need repainting. A wide choice of bright colors can help improve safety and identification.
