The highlight of Everest Base Camp trek is hike up to the view point of Kala Patthar(***5 m) situated on one of the spurs of Pumori. The rocky west face of Mt.Everest and south Col, Lhotse, Khumbu glacier making down its way can be seen from the summit of Kala Patthar.
