EWA-I Full Automatic PP Strapping band Winder is an innovative machine which developed by our company based on the market trends and requirement. It is for PP strapping band full automatic winding in high speed. 



Compares to the traditional winders now existing in the market, the EWA-I has the below advantages:



- Auto length calculating, weighting, winding, paper core switching, band cutting, nailing, and roll switching.

- Applies to the band width range from 4.5 to*6mm, full range applicable. For winding the different size band, it only needs to change the settings in the PLC and adjust the guide rails, no need to change any part of the machine. 

- Winding speed is two to three times higher than the traditional winders. The winding speed up to **0 meters/min. (base on paper core diameter **5mm). The EWA-I will also adjust the winding speed automatically according to the real-time production speed in order to keep a constant torque to obtain the most optimized winding speed.

- Winding by preset length or weight.

- Compatible for different diameter and width of paper cores.

- Room saving, the distance between the EWA-I and extrusion line only needs **5 meters buffer space.

- Energy saving, on need extra air source. All controlled by servo motor, less power and longer service life.

- PLC touch screen control, user friendly and easy operation, the whole process takes only a simple setup on the touch screen .
