Brief Introduction:

ZSW Series Vibrating Feeder is the linear vibrating feeder to feed the boulder crusher continuously and evenly and screen the materials roughly at the same time. Its featured by stable vibration and reliable operation, which is widely used in the ore concentration, construction, chemical, metallurgical, hydropower, mining industries.

Working Principleï¼š

ZSW Series vibrating feeder is mainly composed of spring bracket, feeding chute, vibration exciter, spring and the motor. The vibration exciter is made of two fixed eccentric shafts whose gears are joggled. When assembling, the two gears must be joggled according to the sign. Driven by the motor, two eccentric shafts start rotating to produce a linear huge power which forces the feeder to vibrate on the supporting spring. Stimulated by the vibration, the materials will slip and sling on the funnel, moving forward, so feeding purpose can be reached. When the materials pass through the diagrid of the chute, smaller materials fall from the gap between diagrids which dont have to pass the lower track crushing procedure in order to reach the result of screening.
