Brief Description
With explosion-proof electric hoist
as its lifting mechanism, the explosion-proof single girder
suspension crane has such characteristics as little space
required, compact structure, easy installation, low cost and so
on, which can be widely used in workshop of flammable and
explosive condition.

- The span (from railcenter to
railcenter) ranged from 3.0 m to *6m. And the cantilever on both
end of main girder can be asked according to real workshop
space.
- Lifting speed can be single speed
(like 8m/min), or double speed (like 0.8/8m/min), or variable
speed (as 0.8~8m/min).
- Lifting height can be 3m to

- Trolley traversing speed can be

- Traveling speed of the crane can
be designed according to ur requirements
- Control method for suspension
crane is pendant control or remote control.

Material for Crane
Construct
- Material for crane construct is
Q**5B, which should be changed into Q**5B when the limit
temperature is below **0 centigrade.
- Material for crane wheel is *5Mn
or *2 CrMo.

required) is well-known one in China, like Nanjing Special
Motor.
- Such important electric
components as breaker, contactor is of Schneider.
