The creamery, "SanJose" is in the center of the olive field and it is very well- equipped with the latest technologies. We use the cold method of production of the  olive oil  to receive the product of a very high quality without chemical impurities, guarantining the ecological pure product, which doesn´t content gene-modified elements.
