We are an Association of small farmers that we produce one of the
best oils of olive in the world.
Our olive oil is extra virgin olive, with an acidity below 0.4 °,
retains the system of traditional pressing of the olive paste. This
consists of mechanical compression of overlapping esparto straining
containing the resulting paste of olives of the first milling in
their intermediary. This system provides the oil some natural
nuances that can only offer such a craft system.
