High Wear Resistance Fabric/Wire Steel Reinforced Sand
Blasting Rubber Hose
1. Features
- High wear resistance, high
toughness and high pressure resistance.
- The index of wear resistance is
3 to 5 times than that of ordinary sand blasting hose, can be
produced according to the customers required.

. Main type
Ordinary sand blasting rubber hose, rubber hose for channel
clean-out, rubber hose for cement pump truck, concrete rubber hose,
coal injection rubber hose, rubber hose for bulk cement tanker.
3. Main structure
1) Inner rubber layer. Used NR(natural rubber), UR(urethane rubber)
and other compounded rubber as the main materials, mixed with the
special reinforcing filter.
2) Framework:
- Fabric sand blasting rubber hose
used good quality fiber cloth (canvas) or chemical fabric(cord
thread), good flexibility and high pressure.
- Wire steel sand blasting rubber
hose used the special wire steel wrap with the hose, the pressure
resistance will be 3 to 4 times than the fabric sand blasting
rubber hose, high pressure and good anti-blending of the hose
body.
3) Outer rubber layer: Used NR(natural rubber) and compounded
rubber, wear resistance and anti-oxidation, long durability and
aesthetic appearance.
4. Application
- Widely used for all models of
shot blasting machine.
- Used in shipbuilding industry
for rust cleaning of the body of ship, increasing the painting
adhesive force.
- Other fields, eg. Rust cleaning
and harden for oil storage tank, corrosion protection for bridge
and lock gate of water conservancy project, rust cleaning or scale
removing, or paint removal for the metalwork.
5. Blasting materials
Quartz sand, steel shot, sediment, ball bearing, cement powder,
cement concrete, dry power motor, coal fines, carbon power, and
mineral powder.
