QR code scanning system to controller helps to retract right parts and design to be loaded and avoid mistakes and errors from machine operator.
Works independently with pipe buldle loader without profile management problems.
Auto loading feature is enabled with belt traction system.
Unloading trays are at the part delivery point to collect parts and scrap tray for easy scrap collection.
Pnematic rollers support for square, rectangle and round shape tubes for *0 **0 φ mm.
TubePro controller is installed to process 3D & 2D profiles cutting for both single and entire production batches.
Tube Lite nesting software is used for nesting.
Optional automation with robotic arm loader for continous loading of tube or pipe can be integrated.
Predefined parameters for different types of profiles with respect to thickness and materials.
Real zero tailing for zero wastage to process complete tube.
