♥ Application: open & blend the fibers prior to the blending machine,reserve silo,chute feeder

♥ Quantity used:  In one production line, 1 or 2 or 3 sets of opening machine will be used                                       depending on the production capacity demand.

♥ Types: A) Toothed opener   B) Pin plate opener  C) Wired opener 

   these 3 options dpended on the fibers to be used

  ♥ A plate magnet is included for metal extraction

  ♥ Pressure roller equipped on conveyer

  ♥ Fluted feeding rollers

  ♥ spiked opening rolles

  ♥ conveying Apron self carried and no other conveying machine needed

  ♥ equipped with jam-prevention device, emergency stop motion, and reverse
