Compact structure, good shape, easy operation, high automation
degree and low labor intensity.
All parts directly contacting the media adopt food stage stainless
steel, without dead angles, so they can be cleaned easily.
Diaphragm adjustment valve controls the inlet flow rate of liquids,
and can keep the slight turbulence of liquids level in the solution
barrel and ensure accuracy in filling..
The "Capping head" Adopts a magnetic constant-torque device to
ensure high capping quality without damage.
Adopts efficient cap settling system with perfect cap feeding and
protection device.
Adopts bottle neck clamping technology which removes the need for
changing the height of the bottle; Just change the parts which are
relevant to the bottle diameter, such as the arc guide plate and
poking wheel.
Equipped with perfect protection system to prevent overload, and
protect facilities and operators efficiently.
The controlling system has the functions of controlling liquid
level automatically, detecting cap absence, bottle rinsing stop and

CXGF******5 washing filling sealing 3 in 1 machine is developed by
our factory combined with international advanced filling
technology. It is specially used in mineral water and purified
water filling work.
Adopts the technology of direct contact air conveyor and bottle
inlet poking wheel, instead of " Feeding screw" And " Conveyor" ;
Thus making it is easy to change the bottle shape. When bottles
into the machine, they are sent to rinsing part directly by steel
thumb wheel (bottle neck-clamped).
When bottles come into machine by star-wheel, then get to washing
part, the clips will catch bottle neck and make upside down along
guide **0°, bottle mouth faces to ground. In washing area(which is
decided by water separated plate—water comes from washing water
pump to separated plate, then separated to be *4 lines to nozzles),
the nozzle spraying aseptic water to cleaning inside bottle. After
drying, clips will grip bottles and make it bake to stand state,
cleaned bottle transmitted to filling part by steel wheels.
Filling
The filling system takes the filling way of filling cylinder
and bottle elevation to keep the system clean and hygeian. It is
gravity filling, so the filling speed is fast and the liquid level
is precised. Lifting device is mechanical structure, simple, safe
and easy to maintain.
capping
The full bottle is transferred to the capping part through hold
neck transition poking wheel. The stop screwing knife holds the
bottleneck, keeps bottle upright not rotating. The screw capping
head keeps in revolution and autorotation. It can finish a whole
capping course including catching, pressing, screwing, discharging
through the action of the cam.
Cap sorter
Caps are transmitted to cap sorter by cap elevator, after sorting,
caps get into cap tunnel by recycling device at state of mouth up,
when there is cap mouth down, recycling device will recycle it back
to sorter.
Then sterilizing caps by caps sterilizer, there is a photoelectric
detection switch, controlling caps sorter start and stop according
to actual situation.
