Company Uni Brokerage Financial Advisory located in Barcelona (Spain), works in cooperation with state financial funds, private investors, and also through stock exchange market.

If you have a perspective commercial project in any area (building, processing in and т.д) we will help you to find an appropriate interested western investors. The minimums and maximums for financing are from 2 million to several billion euro, always depending on the projects itself and risks, each project might suppose.

Also due to the presence of the specialized investor, special attention is given to projects of renewable energy, oil exploration & extraction projects, gold and other mines, projects with new technologies.

In order to be able to proceed we need a filled application form in English, with signature and stamp of the owner of the projects, business plan, and if applicable later we will need all permits and licenses owned by the applicant to be able to realize this project.
Conditions and working scheme are given to client after the receipt of the previous approval of the project on behalf of the investor  after we will study the set of the documents presented by the client.
