1. Working Principle
 
This machine is suitable for drying for powder and granules.
The principle of action is based on: Put the powder material into the fluid bed. The cold air is drawn into the fluid bed through the pre, middle filter and passes through the heating chamber behind the main machine, heated to the desired temperature by the heater. The material is fluidized in the fluid bed regularly. The evaporating moisture is drawn out by the fan.
 
2. Main Performance and Characteristic  
 
2.1.PLC Control, Human-computer interface and English on screen display operation importability for formula parameter, program automatic operation, easy operation ,steady ,with strict interlocking function ,not go so far as to misoperation.
2.2.Bag filter system, left and right bag filter, remove dust alternately, and reach a high-efficiency effect for removing dust.
2.3.The draught fan use air flap to adjust, the raw material flow height can be adjusted, enhance drying efficiency.
2.4. The structure of machine is airtight roundness to avoid dead angle, easy to clean, no cross contamination, reach GMP standard.
3. Structure Introduction
 
3.1.Main machine :It is made of Bottom inlet air chamber、fluidized bed、flow chamber，Bag-filter chamber.
3.2.Air filter: It is made of primary, middle filter.
3.3. Air heater: Inlet temperature is setting and automatic control. Temperature fluctuation range is ±2℃ ensure operation performance stable.Our standard heater model is steam exchanger, if require electrical heater, we also can equipped with electrical heater.
3.4. Exhaust system: It is made of exhaust duct, draught fan and silencer. Separated draught fan and main machine installation, noise ≤*0 decibel,manual operation wind volume;Continue adjust fluidized state, so this kind of machine suit big range of raw materials. It is also suit different raw materials air quantity demands.
