SLK Silicone series flame retardant is typically developed for thermoplastics to improve flame retardant property. Silicone have both flame retardant effect and flame retardant synergistic effect for halogen-free thermoplastics . It can be used with hydroxide or nitrogen phosphorus series flame retardant to lower the carbon quantity , reduce dripping and improve the flame retardant properties.

Effect Features :
When used for halogen-free flame retardant thermoplastic materials, improve the flame retardancey, good synergistic effect with Mg(OH)2 ,Al(OH)3 and Nitrogen phosphorus series flame retardant. Meanwhile , better synergistic effect will be expected if adding *0~*5% Magnesium stearate ( Dry method ) When SLK products applicated for flame retardant systems , and SLK flame retardant dosage can be reduced. SLK flame retardant products can also used with CaCo3 and K2CO3 , etc. For those high-filler materials, good processing properties and surface quality will be improved too. Lower the dripping , CO and smoke density when burning. Improve the flame retardant properties.

Recommend Dosage: 5～*0%

Usage: Mix with compatible resin and flame retardant then pelleting directly.

Storage : *4 months under room temperature
